| The wine
most reminiscent of the flavour of the grape. The grape eaten
by putting your face right into the bunch and enjoying the
late summer perfumes of grass and hay. The crispy grapes have
a fragrant blackberry and redcurrant flavour.
Its ruby tending towards blue tones are reminiscent of the
nights at the end of the harvest - the fresh, biting air of
autumn.
