The innate elegance and power of this vine make it well known and much cultivated all over the world. It is a delicate grape which must be harvested at the right moment and interpreted according to the year in order to obtain a intense, ruby-red tending towards violet wine with a full and fragrant bouquet of strong herbaceous intensity and perfumes reminiscent of raspberry and bilberry.
We refine it in large barrels casks to give it that ethereal perfume, embellishing its dry, sapid taste.
