Harmonious and intense, this is a versatile vine. We find it young and fruity, aged and ethereal, pure or precious companion to Cabernet in grape selection. We prefer it fragrant and full-bodied, vinified to be appreciated in all its purity.
We let it mature in Slavonian oak barrels for ten months so that it releases light herbaceous emotions, without covering all the perfumes that are reminiscent of prune, raspberry and blackberry.
