| Light and
curiosity inspire its bunch when it comes to maturity. Every
vineyard has its own recipe. The Sauvignon clones differ,
each having its own premeditated character. The bouquet and
flavour vary according to the vineyard, the ground and the
hand of the man who picks the grapes. Our Sauvignon is straw-yellow
in colour with greenish tones with a perfume reminiscent of
apricots, exotic fruit and yellow pepper. The nose seems delicatel
as though needing protection, though we find it to be long,
persistent and determined.
