100% Sauvignon grapes.
History
Grapevine originating in France, for many years
it has been found throughout Friuli. It is often confused with Semillon,
whose widespread cultivation in the Gironde is for the most part
dedicated to Sauternes.
Characteristics
Yellow straw coloured with green reflections.
Fine, elegant, noble. Its bouquet recalls apricots, exotic fruit,
yellow peppers. Invitingly full flavour.
Vinification
The grapes, gathered at a temperature of 22°C,
upon arrival in the winery were immediately separated, by rotation
and compression, from the cluster. 12 hours of cryomaceration at
5/6°C. Soft pressing. Must chilled at 15°C. Settled overnight.
Pouring of must cleaned by inoculation of selected yeast. Fermentation
at 18°, for 14 days. Decanting. Wine aged in stainless steel
vats.

per hectare.
